Donna Bennett, RN
Certified Home Care Administrator
Donna graduated from the University of Texas/Arlington in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She originally worked in Oncology for several years before moving to Oklahoma in 1993. She also has clinical experience in Med/Surg and Emergency services. She began working in Hospice in 1993 and has worked primarily in Hospice and Home Health for the past 20 years. She was certified as a Registered Nurse of Hospice in 1995.
Donna assisted with development of Companion Home Health in 2004 and began serving as Administrator for both Companion Home Health and Companion Hospice in 2005. She has been a Certified Home Care Administrator since 1998. She assisted with opening Companion at Home in 2011 and continues to serve as Administrator.
Donna resides in Guthrie, OK with her husband, Jim. Donna currently serves on the Logan Community Services Board, is a member of the Guthrie Lion’s club and volunteers at her church and several community volunteer events.

Tina Gille, RN
Hospice Patient Care Manager
Tina Gille has served as the Director of Nursing / Patient Care Manager for Companion Hospice since 2005. Tina graduated from Oklahoma State University/OKC in 1992, with an Associates Degree in Nursing. After a few years as a staff nurse in acute care, she recognized a calling to Hospice and has worked in the hospice field since 1996. She received her Hospice Nurse Certification in 1999. Tina brings over 20 years of nursing management and leadership experience to our team. She oversees all clinical operations of the Hospice Team and leads the Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to ensure high quality, comprehensive care to our patients and families. She is passionate about Hospice and promotes an attitude of comfort, peace and dignity for those we serve.
Tina resides in OKC, with her husband Afton and volunteers in her church, neighborhood association and other community activities and events.
Tara Asare, RN
Home Health Clinical Director
Tara Asare joined the Companion Healthcare staff in 2013 and now serves as Clinical Director for
Companion Home Health.
Tara entered the healthcare field in 2000, working for seven years as a Certified Medication Aide in an assisted living facility. During that time, she was also a nursing student at Northern Oklahoma College, and graduated as a Registered Nurse in 2008. With more than thirteen years of nursing experience in long term care, surgery, acute care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and home health, Tara brings extensive knowledge and clinical skills to the organization. She helps patients to achieve their best possible health outcomes by building confidence and trust, providing reassurance and compassion, and educating patients to self-manage their personal health needs in order to resume normal activity and independence.
Mary has more than 15 years experience in Nursing Management and brings extensive nursing knowledge to the organization.
Tara grew up in Stillwater, Oklahoma and lived there until 2010. She and her husband, Nana, now reside in Edmond, Oklahoma, where they are active in their community and church, and enjoy spending time with their three children and grandchildren.
Josh Chappell
Assistant Administrator
Josh Chappell joined Companion Healthcare in August of 2013 and serves as the Assistant Administrator for Companion Healthcare.
Josh graduated from Seminole State University earning an Associate Degree in Business in 2007 and was also honored as an "Academic All-American" in baseball. He continued his academic pursuits in Monroe, Louisiana at The University at Monroe. Upon graduation in 2010, he moved back to his home town in Guthrie, Oklahoma. Josh gained valuable healthcare experience working in the medical equipment field for several years starting in 2013. He earned his Long Term Care Administrator license in 2014 and his Home Health Administrator license in 2016.
Born and raised in Guthrie, Oklahoma, Josh enjoys serving his home town community, as well as spending time with his wife Sydni, daughters Blakely and Blaire, son Sullivan, and Labrador Denver.
